Our story begins and ends with a love for celebrating people, curating beautiful experiences, and creating lasting memories. I was inspired to embark on this project of celebrating people as a way of honoring my mother Vicenta, who raised me to be generous with hospitality; the one who daily demonstrated that making people feel loved and welcomed can be done even when one has very little.
This passion project has given rise to the role of an “experience curator.” I recognize this path as the natural flowering of a lifetime of personal and professional experiences: choreographing gatherings on a grand scale, weaving meticulous detail into events that welcome thousands, and managing expenditures in strict alignment with timelines, all while cherishing the quiet discipline that underpins every successful celebration.
My love of good food, family recipes, floral design, and aesthetic harmony—everything I adore about creation—comes alive in service to family, in the joy of honoring people, and in venerating tradition, legacy, and love. About Our Founder
From a young age, Evelia has planned events that matter—from civic and political gatherings to university functions, corporate launches, weddings, birthday soirées, and the most joyful family celebrations.
Her approach blends delectable food experiences, creative vision, and meticulous execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the occasion. Her focus remains on hospitality, as she believes how people feel during an event leaves the longest impression.
Education and Leadership:
- Bachelor of Applied Business Management, Azusa Pacific University
- Over 30 years of hands-on experience planning events across multiple industries and scales
- Alongside her husband, Dr. Luis, Evelia has built two multimillion-dollar companies in different industries and has led and managed teams of more than 400 leaders
Her experience and success in business, leadership, and execution distinguish her as a standout event professional. The combination of these strengths, wrapped in a heart of service, legacy, and love, makes her an invaluable asset for your celebration.
